Sofia Costanza Brigida Villani Scicolone, better known as Sophia Loren recently sat down for an interview with BAFTRA.
The legendary Italian actress’ work in films like Two Women (1960), which earned her an Academy Award, and Marriage Italian Style (1964), helped solidify her place as one of the great actresses of Classical Hollywood Cinema.

In the interview, Loren emphasized the importance of going for one’s dream and never giving up.
“It’s not always immediate, but you must not give up. You’ve got to say, let’s see what happens tomorrow and I’m going to do it, because I simply will.”

The American Film Institute named Sophia Loren the 21st Greatest Actress of Classic Hollywood Cinema.
