Who Is the Woman in the Amazon Prime Day Cafe Commercial?
The actress has not been publicly credited by Amazon or identified in the major commercial listings reviewed for the campaign.

In particular, Janelle Monáe is the singer heard on the soundtrack, not a confirmed identification of the woman acting in the café scene.
What Happens in the Amazon Cafe Commercial?
The woman is shown working alone inside a café when she discovers an Amazon Prime Day deal.
The ordinary environment transforms into something much more theatrical. Lighting, music and movement amplify her excitement, turning the simple act of finding a bargain into a dramatic celebration.
The idea illustrates Amazon’s 2026 campaign theme: the “Big Deal Feeling.”
What Is the Song?
The song is “Make Me Feel” by Janelle Monáe.
The track’s funk-influenced rhythm gives the scene a confident, celebratory energy and makes the performer’s transformation feel almost like a miniature music video.
Acting Breakdown
The actress has to transition quickly from an ordinary employee completing a routine shift into someone overcome with confidence and excitement.
That transformation is communicated primarily through movement, expression and energy rather than dialogue.
The performance works because she commits fully to the heightened fantasy while still beginning from a recognizable everyday situation.
